Mike Gray
Mike joins the Thomsett company after twelve years experience in IT with almost ten years experience managing projects. Mike brings with him a strong understanding of several business sectors including finance, health and pharmaceuticals, media and government. His knowledge and skills-base have been developed in a variety of environments and has practical experience in the full lifecycle including development projects, system procurement, infrastructure and integration.
Mike joins us after having been most recently employed by the UBS Investment Bank. This role included managing multiple project managers and ensuring their solutions were being delivered as per the programme expectations. Budget management and forecasting were also included in the role as was reporting to the Equities division business managers. Mike worked closely with the Compliance division ensuring all new Australian deployments met the new ASX self certification requirements. Mike has also project managed for Delta Community, National Nine Network Australia, AAV, Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Continental Capital Markets which involved investigating and recommending a new telecommunications infrastructure to support the company voice requirements and the new application. Currently Mike is costimising and delivering a thomsett PM development program for delivery at Coca Cola Amatil.

- Masters Degree (Information Technology), 1997, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane;
- Graduate Diploma (Commercial Computing) 1991 Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane;
- Bachelors Degree (Science), 1987, McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada; and
- Member of Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.
