Marianne GrechMarianne Grech

Marianne joined us as Business Manager after 20 years developing an extensive portfolio in many specialist areas of human resources management. Prior to this Marianne was a successful childcare lobbyist in regional Victoria. 

As one of the original Equal Opportunity Officers in the TAFE educational system Marianne developed EEO policy and worked specifically on projects designed to encourage women into non-traditional careers such as engineering.

In the late eighties Marianne changed direction and joined a national IT recruitment company and became State Manager of their Victorian Branch. Marianne managed recruitment projects for large organisations including Medicare Private and DEET.

In the late nineties Marianne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) from Monash University with a double major in Human Resource Management and Psychology. During this time Marianne continued to develop her career in human resources taking roles in the public sector including Training and Development - Personal Development and Case Management for labour market programs.

In 1996 Marianne commenced working in Human Resource Management initially with a multi-sited Aged Care organisation and immediately before joing us with a large Local Government. During that period Marianne developed policy and managed complex change management projects including restructures, Performance Development, Remuneration Systems, Cultural Change Programs using Human Synergistics, Team Development using Belbin, the Frontline Management Initiative, Health and Safety, Equal Opportunity and Work-life Balance. During that time Marianne guest lectured at Victoria University in Training and Development and Performance Management for Graduate Health Administration students.  Marianne has also consulted with Summit - National Mutual during the AXA merger facilitating the identification and adoption of Corporate Values.
