The Briefing

This intense one-day briefing, pitched at the executive level, explores the key issues of quality and its impact in the project development process. These issues cannot be left to ad-hoc planning but, rather, be planned and managed by executives from the beginning of a project.

The briefing discusses the development of formal quality agreements between key stakeholders and the project team and provides executives with contemporary project quality planning tools to ensure that technical developers meet the quality agreement.
