This series of project management workshops and tutorials developed by Thomsett
INTERNATIONAL provide powerful models and techniques to
support the management, development, and deployment of business projects.
These projects are critical activities for organisations undertaking fundamental
changes demanded by the current business environment. It is becoming clear that project
management, quality planning and deployment, and effective teams are no longer technical
concepts but core management concerns. The management of change requires executive vision
and strategy that directs development of effective project and team management
strategy.
