This tutorial is designed for people who are familiar with the Thomsett PM models, have project management experience and are likely to facilitate project planning sessions.

This one day tutorial provides participants with an overview of the comprehensive project management techniques and models that comprise Third Wave Project Management. It focuses on techniques for conducting Rapid Planning sessions and tips for ensuring an effective planning result. It also introduces techniques for the RAP facilitator for conducting these team-based sessions.
