This tutorial is designed for people who are familiar with the thomsett PM models, have project management experience and wish to gain a deeper understanding of the project risk management process.

The Tutorial

This one-day tutorial will present an integrated approach to both business and project risk management and will provide participants with a series of powerful tools and techniques for assessment, reduction and management of risk.

Attendees will receive notes outlining risk analysis and control processes in the contemporary business project management environment. Additionally, they will receive four comprehensive Risk Assessment questionnaires which can be immediately applied within their organisation covering:

  • Software Risk Assessment
  • IT Production Risk Assessment

Attendees will also receive example documentation for Risk Management Plans and risk reporting and tracking.
