Course Outline

This three day workshop presents an agile project management approach that incorporates models and techniques for the capture of essential and integrated project information focussed on product life-cycle planning beyond the project.

Learn to identify the essential elements of a project business case in an agile environment; which to develop first; and how each element of the business case interacts to provide the total project picture. The workshop will explore processes for project justification, agile quality management, risk management, project estimating, scheduling, tracking and reporting.

Case Study

A case study is developed throughout the workshop to enable participants to gain practical experience with the tools and techniques taught.

Participants will receive printed and bound material on the first day of class.

Participant Pre-requisites

No technical knowledge in any discipline is required for the workshop, nor is any previous project management experience required.
